Stan Colville hit a 12-yarder beyond the reach of Michael Peacock at 99:54 to snap a scoreless tie and give the Maroons the win. Garrett Laird had the assist.
Chicago improved to 8-2-2 overall, 2-1 in the University Athletic Association. Rochester's loss was its first this season. The Yellowjackets are 8-1-2 overall, 2-1 in the UAA.
Peacock made three saves for Rochester. Chris Giusto had three saves for Chicago. Shots were even at 11-11. Rochester held a 9-5 edge in corner kicks.
