BROCKPORT – Ellen Coleman, Jessica Smith, and Bridget Kehm scored one goal apiece to fuel the University of Rochester to a 3-0 victory over SUNY Brockport in women's soccer.
Kirsten Ross assisted on the first two goals. Christine Keck set up the third goal. Rochester held a 24-8 advantage in shots.
Celeste Hornbach played the first 77:57 and made three saves. Bridget Lang played the final 12:03 in goal. Erin Asquith made seven saves in 90 minutes for Brockport (0-1).
Coleman drove home a pass from Ross at 18:33 for a 1-0 lead. Smith made it 2-0 at 60:29 (set up by Ross) and Kehm completed the scoring at 76:40 with Keck assisting.
The win was the 398th career triumph for Rochester head coach Terry Gurnett.
