Sophomore goalkeeper Bridget Lang made nine saves in the Yellowjacket goal. The Eagles divided their goalkeeping chores. Erica Stein played the first half, making two saves. Kaele Leonard came on at halftime. In the second half and both OT periods, she played 65 minutes, made four saves, and allowed one goal.

The Yellowjackets got even within three minutes - from a very familiar source; junior striker Ellen Coleman. Elizabeth Martens got the ball to Coleman outside the area. Just before she reached the edge of the penalty box, Coleman lined the ball into the top corner of the net for her 14th goal of the season. It came at 61:55.
