ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. - Rochester lost to Emory, 8-0, and to Washington, 7-3, in its last two games at the University Athletic Association championships in Florida.

The Yellowjackets finishedf with a final mark of 4-4 at the championships.

In the first game, the Yellowjacket bats couldn't get anythign going against the Eagles. Emory held Rochester to a pair of hits. Four of EU's runs were unearned. Emory scored four in the fourht, three in the fifth, and one more in the sixth.

Against Washington, the Bears nicked Sara Hutchinson for a pair of runs in the first two innings, then extended their lead to 7-0 with three more in the sixth. Rochester got a run back in the sixth and two in the seventh.

Lindsay Macaluso hit a solo HR for Rochester. Katie McLean had two hits and one RBI. Erin Clark had an RBI.
