Rochester split its Meliora Weekend volleyball doubleheader on Saturday. The Yellowjackets defeated Earlham College, 3-1, then lost to Hiram College, 3-0. Rochester downed Earlhma, 23-25, 25-16, 25-17, 25-21. The Yellowjackets lost to Hiram, 25-11, 25-11, 25-20.

Rochester totaled 10 team blocks vs. Earlham – five solo blocks and 7 block assists. Alexandra Goldman was the leader with five (two solo, three assists). Savannah Benton supplied three total while Jennie Ford added two.

Ford and Benton were in double figures in kills. Ford had 11 kills, three service aces, and 14 digs to accompany the two blocks. Benton had 10 kills while Goldman had five.

Meghan Connor had 16 digs while Paige Idziur dug 10 balls.

Against Hiram, Ford had seven kills and six digs. Benton had six kills. Connor had 19 digs. Aimee Kohler added 13 assists and six digs.
