ATLANTA – Dylan Price steered home a rebound with less than nine minutes to play and it was enough to propel 24th-ranked Emory University to a 1-0 victory over the University of Rochester in men's soccer on Friday evening.
Â
It was the 12th win of the season for the Eagles (12-3-1 overall, 2-3 in the University Athletic Association). Rochester slipped to 7-5-3 overall, 1-3-1 in the UAA.
Â
Rochester held a 16-9 edge in shots and took four corner kicks to just two for Emory. Michael Shatkin made one save in goal in 90 minutes. Emory's Abe Hannigan stopped two shots.

With the stadium clock winding below nine minutes, Emory's Scott Haley took a shot that was blocked in the center of the defense by a Rochester player. The ball came directly to Price and he slid home his fifth goal of the year at 81:06.
