At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Put together another solid campaign as a sophomore indoors...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships in the weight throw and finished 19th with a toss of 11.42 meters...Ended on the podium in sixth during the shot put (PR 12.00 meters) at the Liberty League Championships, also placing 14th in the weight throw (12.39 meters)...Competed at seven meets overall...Finished sixth in the shot put (11.92 meters) and tossed a PR 12.70 meters in the weight throw (13th) at the season-opening Nazareth Alumni Opener.

Outdoor: Captured second straight Liberty League title in the javelin during the outdoor season, winning the conference crown with a personal-best mark of 38.22 meters to earn First Team All-Liberty League honors...Competed in all four throwing events at the Liberty League Championships, ranking fourth in the discus (39.55 meters), 11th in the shot put (10.95 meters) and 14th in the hammer throw (PR 38.66 meters)...Ranked fourth in the discus with a mark of 40.52 meters at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships while also finishing 14th in the javelin with a toss of 34.39 meters...Named All-Niagara Region from the USTFCCCA in the discus following the season, ranking fifth in the region with a third place mark of 41.32 meters set at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Last Chance Meet...Finished second in the javelin and third in the discus at the UR Alumni Invitational...Compiled 14 total top-10 finishes on the season, including three at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo to start the outdoor campaign.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: First-year thrower appeared in eight meets...Competed in both the shot put and weight throw at the Liberty League Championships, scoring in the shot put (5th, 11.72m) and finishing 10th in the weight throw (12.09m) setting season-best marks in both events...Qualified for and competed in the shot put at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships, placing 29th with a 10.39m throw.

Outdoor: Rookie had an impressive outdoor campaign, competing eight times and earning First-Team All-Liberty League honors in the javelin toss...Competed in all four throwing events at Outdoor Liberty Leagues, winning the javelin toss (1st, 38.09) and scoring in the discus (5th, 37.38m), while placing 11th in the hammer throw (35.74m) and 13th in the shot put (10.56m)...Set season-best marks in three of the four throwing events at Liberty Leagues (DT, HT, JT)...Qualified for the AARTFC in the javelin and finished 16th with a 29.29m throw...Eight top-10 results, the first of which came in the javelin (2nd, 33.58m) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14...Scored two top-10 finishes in the javelin (3rd) and discus (8th) and the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on April 20...Notched two top-five results, again in the javelin (2nd) and discus (5th), at the UR Spring Twilight on April 26...Fourth-place in the javelin (33.79m) at the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza on May 11.

HS: Went to George School...Two-sport athlete for the Cougars, playing volleyball and indoor and outdoor track & field...Two-year team captain...Earned All-League Honors as a senior...Personal bests of 111' 2" in the discus, 36' 7.75" in the outdoor shot put, 109' 9" in the javelin and 36' 4" in the indoor shot put...Finished first in both the shot put and discus and the state meet, and third in the javelin.
