At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Competed eight times, including at both the All-Atlantic Region and Liberty League Indoor Championships...Finished on the podium twice at the Liberty League meet, ending fifth in the shot put (season-best 12.10 meters) and sixth in the weight throw (PR 14.58 meters)...Was 22nd in the shot put at regionals...Had seven total top-10 results onthe season, including placing a season-best fourth in the shot put (12.08 meters) at the RIT Indoor Invitational on Jan. 30...Ended fifth a week later in the same event at the Brockport Multi & Invitational...Had the sixth best shot put in the Liberty League this season and ranked in the top-20 in the Niagara Region.

Outdoor: Had solid sophomore campaign in the discus with culminated in an 11th place finish at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships with a mark of 37.89 meters...Competed in three events at the Liberty League Championships, scoring in eighth in the shot put (11.58 meters), tenth in the discus (35.11 meters) and 17th in the hammer (PR 35.29 meters)...Earned 11 total top-10 results on the season, including finishing fifth in both the shot put and discus at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo on Mar. 29...Finished with the tenth-best discus mark in the Niagara Region, posting a distance of 39.51 meters in a sixth place result at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 19...Was fourth in the shot put at the Rochester Spring Twilight with a toss of 11.59 meters...Cracked top-10 in the shot put (season-best 11.79 meters) at the William & Mary Colonial Relays...Named to UR's contingent on the Liberty League All-Academic Team.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: First-year thrower competed in seven meets indoors...Placed 10th in the shot put (10.90m) and 13th in the weight throw (11.74m) at Liberty Leagues...Earned a trio of top-10 finishes...Hit a season-best mark in the weight throw (17th, 12.73m) at the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27...Also notched a top-10 result at the Conference Challenge Cup, finishing 10th in the shot put...Hit another top-10 result at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9, placing 10th in the shot put with a throw of 10.59m.

Outdoor: Competed in eight meets outdoors as a rookie...Scored in both the shot put (5th, 12.21m) and discus (7th, 36.90m) at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships to help UR repeat as outdoor championships...Set a season-best mark in the shot put and also placed 17th in the hammer throw (31.20m)...Qualified for and competed at regionals in both the discus (15th, 38.19m) and shot put (24th, 10.90m)...Had 10 top-10 throws...Finished in the top-10 in both the discus (5th) and shot put (9th) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14...Notched season-best throws in the discus (3rd, 40.41m) and hammer (14th, 32.84m) at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on April 20 while adding a top-10 result in the shot put (7th, 11.17m)...Two more top-10 throws at the UR Spring Twilight in the discus (6th) and shot put (7th).

HS: Attended Hall High School...Ran cross country and track & field for the Titans.
