At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Competed at seven meets including the Liberty League Indoor Championships during first season with Rochester...Finished in sixth place in the pentathlon at the conference meet, scoring 2,427 points...At Liberty League's finished top-8 in four of the five events during the pentathlon, including ranking third in the shot put (8.11m) and fifth in the 60 meter hurdles (9.94 sec)...Scored a season-best 2,489 points in the pentathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational in early February, also securing season-best performances in the high jump (1.32m) and 800 meters (2:38.15).

Outdoor: Finished off outdoor campaign with a seventh place finish in the heptathlon at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, scoring 3,209 points...Set season-best performances in four events during that competition, coming in the 100 meter hurdles (17.48 sec), shot put (8.13 meters), 200 meters (27.76 sec), and javelin (19.79 meters)...Finished first on UR's 4x400 meter relay team at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo on Mar. 29...Ran on third place 4x100 meter relay at the UR Alumni Invitational...Finished sixth in the heptathlon at the Rochester Spring Twilight with 3,007 points.

HS: Attended Depew HS...Earned multiple letters in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field for the Wildcats...Named team captain for all three sports for three years...Earned team MVP honors once in all three sports and was Most Improved in cross country during 2021...3-time Scholar-Athlete and was named to the ECIC cross country B team in 2022...Personal-best time of 1:03 in the 400 meters, 1:11 in the 400 meter hurdles and 2,167 points in the indoor pentathlon...Helped the Wildcats to indoor track & field Section VI titles in 2022 and 2024...Depew Class of 2024 Valedictorian...Co-President of the NYS Council on Leadership and Student Activities...Four-year Student Senate Executive Officer and was President in 2023-24.
