Biography

At UR 2012-13: The senior earned his second straight 1st Team All-American honor and third All-American award overall...Ended his career with a 47-25 record and played in three Pool (A) Division tournaments at the CSA Individual Championships...He played every match this season at #1 for the Yellowjackets and posted a 13-9 overall record...Notable wins this year came over #9 ranked CSA player Guilherme De Melo of F&M (won twice) and a win over Yale’s Ken Chan during the CSA Individual Championships...Named All-Liberty League...After this season, he was the #7 ranked individual player in college squash.

At UR 2011-12: Was one of the best collegiate players in the nation his junior season, finishing the year ranked 7th by the CSA of 976 players...Ended the year being named a 1st Team All-American by the Collegiate Squash Association...Was the Liberty League Player of the Year and All-League member following the 2012 season...Finished the year with an 11-6 record including a straight sets win over Yale's Richard Dodd in the CSA Team 5th Place match...He also reached the quarterfinals of the CSA Individual Championships' Pool (A) Division where he fell to eventual runner-up Ramit Tandon of Columbia.

At UR 2010-11: Posted a stellar 13-5 record his sophomore season including being named a CSA 2nd Team All-American...Reached the round of 16 in the Pool (A) Division of the CSA Individual Championships...Played in all positions 1-5 for the Yellowjackets during the season...Earned notable victories over Princeton, Yale and Harvard during the year.

At UR 2009-10: First year varsity player went 10-5 including wins at Princeton (3-1) and Harvard (3-0)...Played as high as #3 during the season...Dropped just one game in the ten wins, highlighted by four straight 3-0 victories to close out the regular season...Also earned two 3-0 wins during the CSA Potter Cup (A) Team Championships over #4's from Princeton and Cornell.
