At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Great final season on the River Campus...Ran in eight meets indoors, including both the ECAC and NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Finished 2nd as part of 4x800m relay team at the ECAC's, running in a UR season best time of 7:51.54 while also finishing 31st individually in the 800m...At the state meet, posted another runner-up result on the 4x800m and placed 5th in the 800m individual event...Had ten total top-5 results during the season.

Outdoor: Capped off career with a state title during outdoor season, winning as a part of the 4x800m relay at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships...Competed also in the 800m, where he just missed the podium in 9th place after a run of 1:57.43, a season best....Ended 10th on 4x800m relay and 18th on 4x400m relay at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.

At UR 2012-13: Indoor: The junior started his season strong with a victory in the 1000m at the Brockport Alumni Run on Dec. 8...Finished in 4th place in two events at the NYSCTC Championships, in the 800m (1:57.45) and on the 4x800m relay (8:03.15)...Also, completed at the ECAC Indoor Championships on the 4x800m relay (5th) and in the 1000m (11th)...Posted the fastest time in the 800m by a UR runner during 2012-13 indoor season.

Outdoor: Competed in team high nine meets during the outdoor portion of the schedule...Scored in three events at the NYSCTC Championships including posting a career best time of 1:56.44 in the 800m (7th)...Also, was on 3rd place 4x800m relay and 4th place 4x400m relay...Those two relays also qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships.

At UR 2011-12: Indoor: As a sophomore, earned five top-4 finishes during the indoor season...Placed first in the 4x400m relay at the Hamilton Invitational Feb. 4, recording a time of 3:37.72...Was a part of two 3rd place relays at the NYSCTC Championships, the 4000 distance medley relay (10:27.11) and 4x400m relay (3:27.99)...Individually, placed 7th in the 500m at the NYSCTC meet, running a 1:08.56.

Outdoor: Season was highlighted with a career best performance in the 800m (1:58.51) and finishing fifth in the 800m at the NYSCTC Championships in front of the UR crowd...Placed 12th in the 400m at the RWC Raider Open on Apr. 28, earning a time of :52.20.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Was a part of the 1st place 4x400m relay team (3:25.86) at the NYU Team Challenge in February.

Outdoor: At a Roberts Wesleyan meet in April, was a part of the 4x400m relay (3:29.33) which finished 1st.

HS: Attended East Greenwich HS where he lettered in soccer and track and field for the Avengers...Named 2nd team All-Division in and Academic All-State in soccer...3rd Team All-State, 1st Team All-Class and 1st Team All-Division on the track...Helped team win state title in soccer and individually won a state title in track and field...Member of the National Honor Society.
