At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Ran in six meets as a senior...Qualified for the NYSCTC Indoor Championships where he placed 17th in the 5000m...Ended 9th in the 5k at the RIT Orange/Brown Invite, posting a career best time of 15:59.91 in the process.

Outdoor: Participated five times, capping career with strong spring season...Won first event of outdoor season, taking 1st in the 3000m steeplechase at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 6...Placed 2nd in the steeple at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, earning a career best time of 9:27.04...Finished 6th at the ECAC Championships in the 3000m steeplechase...Ended year with the 41st quickest time in the steeplechase in NCAA Division III.

At UR 2012-13: Indoor: Competed in two meets for the Yellowjackets.

At UR 2011-12: Outdoor: Placed 3rd at the NYSCTC Championships after running a 9:33.69 in the 3000m steeplechase...Earned an ECAC berth and posted a career best mark in the 3000m steeple (9:28.04) and ended up in 11th place...Posted a 5th place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Danny Curran Invitational while he ended up 3rd in the same event at the UR Alumni Invitational.

At UR 2010-11: Outdoor: Was a member of the 1st place 4x800m relay team which won at the SUNY G Open hosted at Geneseo...Placed 10th at the NYSCTC meet in the 3000m Steeplechase (9:36.95) earning an ECAC qualification where he would end up placing 14th.

At UR 2009-10: Outdoor: At the SUNY Brockport Invitational Track and Field Meet, he won the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:55.67.

HS: Attended Berlin HS where he ran track, wrestled and played soccer for the Redcoats...Team captain of track and wrestling teams as a senior...MVP of track and field squad his junior year when he earned All-Conference honors...Posted a career wrestling mark of 60-18 during varsity career...Class valedictorian and member of the National Honor Society.
