At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Had many narrow missed during senior year indoors, with six runner-up finishes and a 3rd...Finished 2nd at the ECAC Indoor Championships on the 4x800m relay in a time of 7:51.54, UR's season best time indoors...Also, finished 11th individually in the mile at ECAC's...Earned 2nd place in both the mile and on 4x800m relay at the NYSCTC Championships...Posted a career best time in the mile at the Boston U. Valentine Invite, running a 4:19.73.

Outdoor: Finished off career with a great senior season in the spring...Finished 6th in the 5000m at the ECAC Division III Championships and 10th on the 4x800m relay...Also, finished sixth in the 1500m at the NYSTC Outdoor Championships...Won the 1500m in a career best time of 3:59.40 (UR season best) at the Rochester Spring Invitational on Apr. 26...Ran on 4x800m relay that posted a team quickest time of 7:52.80 at the Raleigh Relays on Mar. 28...Named to Academic All-District squad by CoSIDA for his efforts in the classroom.

At UR 2012-13: Indoor: Competed in four meets as a junior during the indoor season...Placed 7th in a time of 1:59.39 for the 800m at the NYSCTC Championships on Feb. 23...Season's best finish was 2nd place in the 3000m at the Brockport Alumni Run on Dec. 8.

Outdoor: Only ran one race during the spring, finishing 2nd in the 1500m at the Rochester Spring Invitational in a time of 4:07.42.

At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Was a member of two relays (4x800m, DMR) that participated at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships...Part of the NYSCTC Champion 4x800m relay team (7:58.41) and finished 4th in the mile run (4:24.39) at states...Won the 1000m run at the Hamilton Continental Invitational in 2:35.63.

Outdoor: Part of the 3rd place 4x800m relay at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships (7:46.97)...Was a state champion in the 4x800m at the NYSCTC Championships after a time of 7:44.73...Also, placed 8th at the NYSCTC meet in the 1500m, running a 4:01.82...Placed 20th of 109 runners in the 800m at the Danny Curran Invitational running 1:59.60.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Earned four wins on the year (500m, DMR, 4x800m), with the fourth being a state championship in the 4x800m relay (7:57.62) at the NYSCTC meet...Was a part of the school record breaking 4x800m relay (7:50.27) that finished 3rd at the ECAC Championships.

Outdoor: Was a member of the Sprint Medley Relay team that achieved 1st place (3:45.24) at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invitational on April 17th...Also, was a part of the first place 4x800m relay team which won at the SUNY G Open at Geneseo.

HS: Attended Newton South HS where he earned letters in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track...Co-captain of all three teams as a senior...Team MVP during indoor track and field as a junior...Earned All-League honors seven times across all three sports...Also earned All-State recognition five times during career...Personal best time of 4:30 in the mile and 2:34 in the 1000m.
