At UR 2015: Senior captain competed in a team high seven races, leading the Yellowjackets to the finish in four of the them, including the NCAA Division III Championships where she placed 75th and guided Rochester to a 14th place team finish...Earned All-Region accolades from the USTFCCCA after winding up 13th at the Atlantic Regionals...Placed 8th in a career best 21:41.12 6k time at the Rowan University Border Battle...Overall, finished inside the top-25 five times, including at the UAA Championships where she was 11th and earned 2nd team All-UAA accolades...Finished better than 89% of opposing runners...For the second straight year was honored as USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete, Academic All-District selection by CoSIDA and was placed on UAA All-Academic team...Selected as a UR Garnish Scholar Athlete (top 10 senior athletes).

At UR 2014: Was again Rochester's top runner as a junior, qualifying for the NCAA Division III Championships as an individual...Finished in 56th place at Nationals in a time of 22:51.3...Was UR's only All-Region selection after running to a 10th place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional at GVP...Her time of 21:58.6 at the regional was a personal best 6k time...Was a two-time UAA Athlete of the Week in 2014...Earned 1st team All-UAA honors after finishing 7th on Nov. 1, one week after finishing 5th and earning All-NYSCTC 1st team accolades at the NYSCTC Championships...Finished 2nd at the season opening Oswego State Invitational...Had an average finish of 13.75 in her eight events...Academically, named to UAA's All-Academic Team, was a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete and was an Academic All-District Selection by CoSIDA.

At UR 2013: Ran in six events during sophomore season, leading UR to the finish in each race...Placed in the top-20 five times, including finishing 6th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, 8th at the Geneseo Pre-Regional and 13th at the UAA Championships...Led all Division III runners across the stripe at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational on Sep. 28...Season best time of 22:21.6, finishing 20th at the Oberlin Inter-Regional rumble on Oct. 19...Named NYSCTC Runner of the Week twice on the season...Honored for academics as USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

At UR 2012: The freshman came in an immediately made an impact for the Yellowjackets...Was teams 2nd best runner on the year, finishing with four top-25s including a 5th place finish in her first college race at Oswego State...Earned 12th place at the NYSCTC Championships...Posted her career best time of 23:01.1 (6k) race at the NCAA Atlantic Regional in GVP, good for 35th place and All-Region honors...Average finish of 29th and ended year beating 83% of her competition...Named to USTFCCCA's All-Academic team.

HS: Notre Dame Academy graduate...Played field hockey, ran cross country and track and field for the Rebels...Named captain of cross country and both track teams a senior...Named most outstanding athlete for school in 2012...CMC conference all-star in both cross country and outdoor track...Personal best of 2:20.6 in the 800m run, 19:55  in the 5k.
