At UR 2018: The senior had a remarkable final season with UR cross country, defeating over 95% of opposing runners...Named team captain and was a 1st Team All-UAA and All-Region selection...Finished just two spots out of All-American accolades, ending 42nd at the NCAA Division III Championships in a time of 22:03.0, leading UR to a 21st place result as a team...Was 4th at NCAA Atlantic Regional and 5th at UAA Championships...Personal-best 6k time of 21:52.6 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Finished 1st of 212 runners at UR Yellowjacket Invitational, helping Rochester to a 2nd place finish...Average finish of 13.83 across six meets...Academic All-UAA selection and earned spot on USTFCCCA All-Academic team...Named to UAA's Presidents List combining academic and athletic achievement.

At UR 2017: Impressive third year running for the Yellowjackets as the only member appearing in the NCAA Division III Championships in Elsah, IL...Had a personal best run at NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 18, coming in 81st place with a time of 22:06.40...Lead UR to a first place team finish at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational with her second place finish in the 4k in a time of 14:52.20...Had five top-15 finishes on the year with an average finish of 23.4 which led the team...Named UAA Athlete of the Week on Sept. 25 and second team All-UAA at the conference championships in late October...Was named All-Region at NCAA Atlantic Regional meet on Nov. 11 in Houghton, NY where UR finished in 7th of 41 teams... Also named to the UAA All-Academic Team for the fall season.

At UR 2016: Was one of Rochester's top-5 runners all season long, competing in five races during the fall...Placed 10th at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational leading UR to a season best 4th place team finish...Was 38th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, helping UR end 7th...Had a season best 6k time of 22:08.8 at the Rowan University Border Battle...Named a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete and was selected to the UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2015: The freshman competed in a team high seven events...Was a top-5 finisher on Rochester twice, with one coming at the NCAA Division III Championships where UR finished in 14th place...Ended 28th at the Rochester Flower City Opener and was 37th at the Yellowjacket Invitational...Posted a season best 6k time of 22:37.61 at the Rowan University Border Battle...Defeated over 68% of all opposing runners...Earned Scholar-Athlete recognition by the USTFCCCA.

HS: Canastota HS graduate who lettered in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field for the Raiders...Earned Most Outstanding Runner award in cross country and outdoor track freshman through senior year, also earning it in indoor track as a senior...4-time CSC All-Star in XC, 3-time in outdoor track and 1-time indoors...Personal best times of 2:24 in the 800m and 5:03 in the 1500m...Member of the National Honor Society and Art Honor Society...Class President and 2015 Valedictorian.
