At UR 2019: The junior was one of UR's top-5 runners in all seven meets she ran in...Compiled an average finish of 67.71, fifth on Rochester and defeated over 72% of opposing runners...Was top-30 in three races, including a season-best 22nd at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Finished 44th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional and was the fifth Rochester runner across the finish at the NCAA Division III Championships, ending 209th...Placed 32nd at the UAA Championships, helping Rochester end in third place.

At UR 2018: Limited to just two races during sophomore year...Finished 6th at the SJFC Cardinal Early Season Invitational, helping UR to the team title...Also, finished 41st at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational.

At UR 2017: Participated in seven races in her first season...Had two top-10 finishes on the season, coming in fifth at the Brockport Early Season Short Course 4k and in seventh place at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational...Completed the year with an average finish of 39.3, beating 80% of her opponents...Finished 26th of 285 competitors in a time of 22:47.70 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet on Nov. 11, earning All-Region honors.

HS: Participated in cross country and track and field for the Wildcats of Warwick Valley HS...Named team captain of XC, indoor and outdoor track and field as a senior...Earned cross country All-League, All-Section and Honorable Mention All-State honors...Qualified for the NYS Championships...Competed at the Indoor Track and Field National Championships in the DMR and 4x800 meter relay and 4xMile relay outdoors...Helped team to runner-up finish at sectionals as a senior...Member of the National Honor Society.
