At UR 2020: Earned first career academic honor from the UAA, being named to the conference All-Academic team in the fall.

At UR 2019: Ran in four meets as a rookie...Finished 72nd at the season-opening St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite...Crossed finish in 26:35.5 at the Connecticut College Invitational, posting her season-best 6k time.

HS: Attended Canton HS...Lettered in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field for the Warriors...4-time team captain, including leading all three teams as a senior...Was 4-time All-Conference selection in cross country and 2nd Team All-State as a junior...Indoor track and field All-Conference honors in junior campaign...Personal best of 2:37.74 in the 800m, 11:40.57 in the 3000m and 20:29.8 in the 5000m...Team won 2017 NCCC title in 2017 for cross country...Warriors also won three straight NCCC indoor track and field championships (2016-17, 17-18, 18-19) and outdoor title in 2019...Member of the National Honor Society, Science Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta.
