At UR 2020: Earned second career UAA All-Academic award for her efforts in the classroom.

At UR 2018: The sophomore finished with a 32.25 average finish across four races in 2018...Was 14th at the SJFC Cardinal Early Season Invitational and 17th in the open race at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle (season-best 24:25.1 time)...Also, finished 49th of 232 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Selected to UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2017: Participated in five events in her first season...Finished a season best 39th place in a time of 16:29.20 at the Brockport Early Season Short Course...Finished top-100 at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational.

HS: Participated in cross country, track and field, softball and soccer at Greenwich HS...Named XC and indoor track and field team captain as a senior...Earned Most Improve honors in cross country as a sophomore and in indoor track and field as a junior...Earned All-FCIAC honors both during indoor and outdoor track seasons as a part of the 4x800 meter relay, also being named All-State in 2016...Was on 4x800 meter relay team that won Emerging Elite Title at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals...Personal best of 2:22 in the 800 meters...Member of the National, Science and Music Honor Societies.
