At UR 2020: Named to UAA All-Academic team for the third time in her career.

At UR 2019: Finished inside the top-100 runners in three of the five races she ran during junior season...Was part of UR's top-5 runners at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite on Aug. 30...Ran at the UAA Championships and finished in 67th place in a lifetime best 6k time of 24:42.97...Honored for work in the classroom as a UAA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2018: Ran in four races as a sophomore...Finished 33rd in the open race, defeating over 100 runners, at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Placed 44th at the SJFC Cardinal Early Season Invitational...104th of 232 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Named UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2017: Competed five times in her first year...Had two top-50 finishes, coming at the Brockport Early Season Short Course and the open 5k at the Williams Purple Valley Classic.

HS: Attended Lansing HS where she lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field for the Bobcats...Cross country co-captain as a senior when she also earned the Coaches Award...Most Improved honors in junior season and was Coaches Award winner for outdoor track and field as a sophomore...Vice President of student council and was a member of the National Honor Society.
