At UR 2021: The senior ran in two meets during final season with the Yellowjackets...Finished 32nd at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite to open the season...Ended 238th at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Member of the UAA All-Academic team in the fall semester.

At UR 2020: Earned UAA All-Academic honors for efforts in the classroom.

At UR 2019: Ran twice during sophomore campaign...Finished 126th at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational in a season-best time of 26:34.6, helping Rochester finish 3rd of 21 teams.

At UR 2018: The first-year runner ran in three events in 2018...Placed 13th in the open race at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle, defeating over 125 runners...Was 51st in the season-opening SJFC Cardinal Early Season Invitational...59th at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational.

HS: Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field and soccer for the Warriors of the Wheeler School...Named co-captain XC and both track teams as a senior...Earned Coaches Award in indoor track as a junior and senior and in cross country as a senior...Four straight All-Division honors in indoor track and field and once in XC...Personal best 5k cross country run of 20:37.03...Warriors XC were league championship and New England Championship in junior season, Class C champions as a senior.
