At UR 2024: Senior ran in six meets, finishing in the top 100 in all six...Notched a trio of top-50 results and a top-25 finish...Kicked off the fall with a 4k PR of 15:56.9 at the Hamilton Short Course on Sept. 14...Season-best 14th-place finish (24:02.6) at the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational on Oct. 5...Set a new 6k PR at the UAA Championships, clocking in at 23:25.4, 51st overall...Competed at regionals (67th, 24:25.6), helping UR earn a third-place team result...Named UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2023: Appeared in five meets for the 'Jackets...Opened the year with a season-best 47th-place finish at the Highlander Short Course, clocking in with a 3K PR of 12:09.5...Set a new 6K PR at the Mike Woods Invitational (24:35.5)...Wrapped up the year with a second top-100 finish at the UAA Championships, finishing 79th (25:55.0).

At UR 2022: Ran in four meets as a sophomore for UR...Clocked in with a 4k PR of 16:51.9 at the Highlander XC Short Course, good for a 35th-place finish...Set a new PR at the Oberlin Colllege Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 25:50.8 (52nd)...Earned UAA Fall All-Academic Honors.

At UR 2021: First-year runner competed at four meets for the Yellowjackets...Had a top 6K time of 25:55.7 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, placing 168th in a field of over 300 runners...Finished 53rd of 166 in the open race at the Rowan Border Battle.

HS: Earned varsity letters in track and field, cross country and soccer at Middleburgh Central School...Soccer co-captain as a junior and senior...Earned track and field MVP three times during her career, also earning Most Improved and MVP honors in soccer...Named Middleburgh Female Athlete of the Year in 2021...WAC Scholar Athlete accolades...AP Scholar with Distinction...Member of the National Honor Society..FFA President...Class Treasurer...Youth as Leaders...Part of Student Government.
