At UR 2023: Sophomore ran in four meets...Set a new 6k PR at the Mike Woods Invitational with a time of 26:44.2...Opened the year with a season's-best 75th-place result at the Highlander Short Course and a new 3k PR of 12:50.3...UAA All-Academic honoree.

At UR 2022: Appeared in three meets...Ran a season-best 26:52.2 6k time at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Scored one Top-50 finish at the Highlander XC Short Course (17:27.4)

HS: Member of the soccer and flag football teams at BASIS Tucson North HS...Played midfield and forward on the soccer pitch and was a linebacker in flag football...Helped flag football team to SSA title.
