At UR 2025: Competed in all six of the Yellowjackets' meets as a senior...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors with a 33rd-place result at the NCAA Niagara Regional on Nov. 15, clocking in with a new personal-best time of 23:01.0...Was one of Rochester's scoring runners at UAA, placing 54th...Posted an average finish of 28.17, tallying five top-50 results and beating 81.35 percent of opposing runners...Crossed the finish line first to win the Kara Hall Memorial Invite on Oct. 4...Opened the year with a top-five result (5th) at the Tom Balon Alumni Classic on Sept. 6...Third-straight UAA All-Academic honor.

At UR 2024: Junior ran five times...Wrapped up the fall at UAAs, setting a new personal-best time, 24:31.2, with a 66th-place finish...Earned a trio of top-100 finishes and one top-50 result...Finished 53rd with a 17:32.2 time to open the year at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite on Aug. 30...Finished a season-high 49th with a new 4k PR of 16:29.2 at the Hamilton Short Course on Sept. 14...UAA All-Academic selection...Provost Circle Scholar.

At UR 2023: Competed in four meets as a sophomore...Opened the year with a 51st-place result (12:12.2) at the Highlander Short Course...Scored a new 6k PR at the Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the finish line in 24:47.8...Earned UAA All-Academic honors.

At UR 2022: Ran in four races as a first-year...Turned in a season-best 6k time at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, clocking it at 25:56.6...Tallied two Top-50 finishes, including a season-best 42nd (17:10.4) at the Highlander XC Short Course.

HS: Attended Nueva School in San Mateo, CA...Member of the Mavericks cross country and track & field teams...Cross country team captain for two seasons...Earned 1st Team All-League honors in XC for three years...League champion in the 3200 meters in track & field as a senior...5K personal best time of 20:20.9...800 meter top time of 2:40.44...Helped Mavericks to four straight cross country league titles, a sectional crown in 2021 and qualify for the state meet three times, placing in the top-15 each year.
