Biography

At UR 2011:  Senior defender started 15 games and recorded six points on the year (2 G, 2 A)...Earned MVP honors of the UR Flower City Classic...Had one game-winner on the season, coming Sept. 27 against St. John Fisher...Scored a goal in a 2-0 upset victory over #7 ranked Washington Unviersity in St. Louis Oct. 28.

At UR 2010: Appeared in 18 games, starting 17 of them...Recorded five assists.

At UR 2009: Appeared in 11 games this year...His Versatility proved valuable as he played both in the center of midfield and on both flanks.

At UR 2008: As a freshman midfielder, Sorrentino appeared in 13 games with 2 starts, completing his first season with a successful 14-3-2 Rochester team.

HS: Played for the nationally recognized Rockhurst HS in Kansas City where the team won a state AAA championship in 2007...Played at Blue Valley Soccer club.
