At UR 2013-14: Indoor: The junior ran in four meets during the indoor season...Earned a career best 7th place finish in the 3000m at the RIT Orange/Brown Invitational on Feb. 21.

Outdoor: Competed in two meets...Posted 15th place finish in the 5000m (17:24.92) at the Rochester Spring Invitational on Apr. 26.

At UR 2012-13: Oudoor: Competed in three meets as a sophomore.

At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Earned a season best finish of 14th place in the 1000m at the RIT Black/Orange Invitational where he ran 2:49.78...Earned 17th in the mile run at the RIT Early Season Opener where he ran a season best 4:48.39.

Outdoor: Earned two 17th place finishes in the 5000m during the outdoor portion of his freshman season, coming at the Rochester Spring Invitational (16:44.39) and RWC Raider Open (season best 16:31.98).

HS: Attended Illinois Math and Science Academy where he earned three varsity letters in both track and field and cross country...Named captain of both teams his senior year...Three-time cross country team MVP...Named All-Conference his senior season...Personal best of 4:50.9 in the 1600m...Named Illinois State Scholar in 2011.
