At UR 2014: The senior was a top runner for Rochester, competing in six events and leading the team with four top-25 finishes...Earned All-Region honors for a 24th place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional at Genesee Valley Park...Also, was 21st at the UAA Championships, 10th at the Yellowjacket Invitational and 8th at the Oswego State Invite...Team best 25.33 average finish and ran better than 88% of opponents in his senior year.

At UR 2013: Limited action as a junior, only running in three races...Helped Rochester to a team title at the Yellowjacket Invitational where he placed 9th in a time of 26:31.6.

At UR 2012: Ran in eight races as a sophomore, including the NCAA Division III Championships where he placed 165th and helped the Yellowjackets to 21st place...Earned an average finish of 45th on the year with three top-25 finishes...Best result came at season opening Oswego State Invite where he finished sixth...Posted a season best time in the Yellowjacket Invitational on 9/15, running the course in 25:58.5...One of 16 Yellowjacket runners to be named to the UAA's All-Academic squad...Also, named to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

At UR 2011: As a freshman, competed in seven races and was selected as an alternate for the Yellowjackets at the NCAA Division III Championships...Earned one top-10 on the year, with that result coming at the Harry Anderson Invitational Sept. 24...His average finish on the season was 26th, and he did not have a finish lower than 55th place on the year.

HS: Lettered in cross country, track and field and baseball for North Reading HS in North Reading, Mass...Named co-captain of XC and track teams...Two time team MVP in cross country, one time MVP during indoor track...All-Cape Ann League in XC...Male Scholar Athlete Award recipient.
