At UR 2015: Capped off strong Yellowjacket career with another strong season...Competed in six events, being one of UR's top-5 finishers in all of them, including finishing 4th at the season opening Rochester Flower City Opener...Defeated over 71% of opposing runners...Season best 8k time of 26:04.75 at the Rowan University Border Battle...Honored for academics by CoSIDA as Academic All-American selection...Also, earned UR Athletic Department's Peter DiPasquale Award which is presented to UR's top male scholar athlete...Was selected to USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete team and placed on UAA All-Academic team...

At UR 2014: Was one of UR's top seven runners as a junior, competing in five total events and defeating 73% of opponents...Placed 4th of 162 runners at the Oswego Invitational on Sept. 6, earning him UAA Athlete of the Week honors...Ran for UR in the NCAA Atlantic Regional Meet at Genesee Valley Park...Named UAA All-Academic for the 2nd straight season.

At UR 2013: Sophomore competed in five events, including the UAA and NCAA Regional Championships...Posted season best time and result of 6th place (26:26.7) at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 14...Finished 87 of 275 runners at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals...Named to UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2012: Ran in four races as a freshman...Competed in the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational where he finished in 12th place, helping UR to a 2nd place finish in the team scoring...Ran a seasons best time of 26:33 in that event.

HS: Attended Newark HS where he ran on the cross country and track teams for the Reds...Named co-captain of both teams in 2011-12 school year...Named most outstanding runner in 2011 and 2012...Named 1st Team All-Greater Rochester during indoor track his senior year...Placed 10th at NYSPHSAA Championships in the 1000m run (2:34.4)...Helped team win two Section V championships in track and also was a part of two sectional winning relays...Class Valedictorian and George Eastman Young Leader award winner.
