At UR 2014: Competed in a team high seven meets as a sophomore...Ran to a season best finish of 31st at the NYSCTC Championships on Oct. 25...Fastest 8k time of the season came at the Oswego Invitational where he ran 26:58.5 and finished in 38th.

At UR 2013: Ran in five races as a freshman...Earned season best time of 27:31.1 at the Oswego State Invitational to open the season, placing 37th of 162 runners...Competed for UR at the NYSCTC Championships.

HS: Graduated from New Trier HS where he earned two varsity letters in both cross country and track and field...Earned the Ben Almagauer Most Dedicated Athlete award as a senior...Earned two All-Conference honors both cross country and track and field...Was 2011 conference champion in outdoor 4x800m relay...Holds HS field house record in the mile (4:42.50).
