At UR 2018: Appeared in four races as a senior for the Yellowjackets, including running at the UAA Championships...Ran a career-best 8k time of 27:32 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run on Sept. 29...Finished 53rd at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, aiding in Rochester's 5th place team finish...Earned UAA All-Academic honors for the second straight year.

At UR 2017: The junior appeared in one meet during the season, placing 32nd of 170 runners at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational...Clocked in with a 5k time of 16:17.4...Honored with a spot on the UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2016: Ran in four meets during sophomore season, his first with the cross country team...Finished as one of UR's top-5 runners twice, coming at the St. John Fisher Early Season Invitational and at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational.

HS: Lettered in soccer, track and field and swimming for the Mustangs of Medina HS...Was elected co-captain of soccer team for two years and track and field team as a senior...Earned 1st Team All-League in soccer as a senior and was an All-East Scholar Athlete...Also, earned 1st place at the league outdoor track championships on 4x400m and 4x800m relays, placing 2nd individually in the 800m...Personal best of 2:03.63 in 800m...Soccer team was sectional champions in sophomore and senior seasons.
