At UR 2018: Appeared in four meets during senior season...Finished in 19th place at the season opening SJFC Early Season Invitational...Placed 57th of over 200 runners in the open race at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Earned third straight academic honor from the UAA, being named All-Academic.

At UR 2017: Ran four times as a junior...Was 38th in the open race at the Williams Purple Valley Classic...74th in Hamilton Short Course Invite, running a 5k time of 17:00.8...Season best 8k time at Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational (27:56.4)...UAA All-Academic honoree.

At UR 2016: The sophomore ran in three events...Ran season best 8k time of 28:42.5 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Was 129th in the open race at the Rowan University Border Battle...Named to UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2015: Competed in five meets as a freshman...Posted his season best 8k time of 28:24.1 at the SUNY Geneseo Pre-Regional meet...Ended 25th at the Rochester Flower City Opener, his first collegiate race on Sept. 5.

HS: Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field for the Trojans of Simsbury HS...Earned All-Conference accolades in all three sports...Named team captain as a senior.
