At UR 2018: Again was one Rochester's top runners and selected team captain for the second straight season...Appeared in five meets and averaged a finish of 78.20...Finished 66th in the NCAA Atlantic Regionals and was 34th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Season-best 8k time of 26:11.6 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle, placing 77th of 400 runners...Named UAA All-Academic...Honored as one of UR's top senior student-athletes, earning Lysle 'Spike' Garnish Award...Earned Google Cloud Academic All-American honors, being selected by CoSIDA to the 3rd Team...Was 1st Team Academic All-District and selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

At UR 2017: Was selected one of UR's team captains...Finished the season with a 53.0 average finish, ranking first on the team in that category, coming in four races...Was 21st at the Hamilton Short Course Invite in a 5k time of 16:04.6...7th at the Williams Purple Valley Classic in the open 5k race...Finished 84th of 238 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Overall, beat 75% of opposing runners...UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2016: Was among UR's top-5 runners in all five of his competitions...Finished 69th of over 300 runners at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, clocking in with a career best 8k time of 26:00.4...Helped the Yellowjackets to a runner-up finish at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational, placing 33rd on Sept. 24...Earned USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete recognition and was selected to the UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2015: Competed in five races...The freshman scored for UR by being a top-5 team finisher in two events, including at the NCAA Atlantic Regional when he was 92nd in 26:11.9...Had his season best 8k time of 26:29.69 at the Rowan University Border Battle. 

HS: Lexington HS graduate...Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field for the Minutemen...Named co-captain of all three teams his senior season...Was League All-Star in XC his sophomore to senior seasons, All-Star in both track and field teams for two seasons...Helped team to three straight cross-country league titles and indoor track team to 2015 Eastern Mass. D1 Championship...Member of the National Honor Society.
