At UR 2017: The junior participated in six meets for the Yellowjackets...Season best 8k time of 26:54.0 in 77th place finish at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Earned UAA All-Academic honors for the second straight season.

At UR 2016: Competed in four meets, including the UAA Championships for Rochester...Finished in 65th of over 300 runners at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Season best 8k time of 26:42 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run...Named to UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2015: The first year runner competed five times for the Yellowjackets...Placed 34th in first collegiate meet at the Rochester Flower City Opener...Season best 8k time at the Rowan University Border Battle open race when crossed the finish in 28:06.59.

HS: Attended North Andover HS where he lettered in cross country along with indoor and outdoor track and field for the Knights...Earned three XC letters and four in track...Named team captain of indoor and outdoor track and field teams as a senior...Earned 2015 outdoor track Unsung Hero award...Was a 3-time All-Conference selection in the 4x800m...Holds school record for 600m indoors (1:24.91)...Qualified for nationals in the 4x800m outdoors in 2013-15, indoors in 2014...Was relay state champion three times, also helping team capture state title in outdoor track in 2015...Member of the National Honor Society.
