At UR 2019: Appeared in four races...Top-50 finishes during first two meets, including ending as UR's top runner at the Aug. 30 St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite (28th)...Was 50th at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 14, helping Rochester to a 3rd place team finish...Member of the UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2018: Represented Rochester at four meets during junior season...Placed 64th of 205 runners in the open race at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Personal best 8-kilometer time of 28:15.2 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the finish in 107th place...Finished 30th at the SJFC Early Season Invitational...Named to UAA All-Academic team for the second straight season.

At UR 2017: Participated in two meets during sophomore season, his first on the Yellowjacket squad...Was 52nd at the Brockport Early Season Short Course...Finished 89th of 170 runners at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational...Earned spot on the UAA's All-Academic team.

HS: Attended Liverpool HS...Participated in track and field, cross country and soccer for the Warriors...Personal bests on the track of 53.8 in the 400 meters and 2:02 in the 800 meters...Cross country team were state champions, with the indoor track and field team earning a sectional title.
