At UR 2018: Ran in four races as a sophomore, earning one top-25 finish at the SJFC Cardinal Early Season Invitational where he finished 24th...Season-best 8k time of 28:32.9 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...84th of over 200 runners at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle open race.

At UR 2017: Ran in three meets during first season...Was 39th in first career meet at the Brockport Short Course Invitational, posting a 6k time of 20:41.0...Was 92nd at the Hamilton Short Course Invite.

HS: Attended Pittsford Sutherland HS...Earned varsity letters in cross country, and both indoor and outdoor track and field...Named team captain of all three teams as a senior...MVP of indoor track as a senior, Most Improved in XC as a junior...Earned 2nd Team All-County in senior year...Member of the National Honor Society and was Class President his senior year.
