At UR 2019: The sophomore appeared in three races for Rochester...Finished 53rd at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invitational on Aug. 30...Crossed the finish in 30:27.8, a season-best 8k time at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational.

At UR 2018: Ran three times during rookie season...Was 74th of over 300 runners at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational after posting a season-best time of 27:47.7...Finished 91st in the open race at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle.

HS: Lettered for four seasons in cross country and track and field at The Galloway School...Team captain for both squads in junior and senior seasons...Earned back-to-back Coaches Awards in 2016 and 2017 for cross country...Earned Top Outstanding Performance Award in 2017 and Coaches Award in 2018 on track and field team...Was All-State in cross country three times, helping team qualify for the state meet all four seasons...Helped team break three relay school records on the track...President of the Lumberjack Club...Departmental Science Award recipient.
