At UR 2020: Academically, awarded Suzanne J. O'Brien Book Award and was also selected to the fall UAA All-Academic squad...Named Academic All-District by CoSIDA.

At UR 2019: Appeared in three races...Best result came at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Sep. 29, where he finished 135th in a field of over 300 runners...Also, placed inside top-150 at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Top 8k time of 28:12.5.

HS: Attended Cornwall Central HS...Lettered in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track for the Dragons...Team MVP of cross country team as a sophomore and junior, earning Coaches Award during senior season...Earned Indoor Track and Field Coaches Award and Outdoor Track MVP honors during 2018-19 season...Personal best times of 51.7 seconds in the 400 meters, 1:55.7 in the 800 meters and 4:23.4 in the 1600 meters...Member of the National Honor Society and served as treasurer for both NHS and Key Club.
