At UR 2021: First full season with Rochester cross country proved to be beneficial as he led the team running in six meets...Named USTFCCCA All-Region after a 29th place finish at the NCAA Niagara Regional, helping UR to a runner-up team finish...Had four top-50 results on the season, with a season-best of 22nd coming at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational...Average finish of 63.17 on the year...Finished among UR's top-5 runners on four occasions, including at regionals and the UAA Championship...Best 8k time was 26:13.5 at NCAA Niagara Regional on Nov. 13.

HS: Earned 11 total letters across cross country (4x), outdoor track and field (4x) and indoor track and field (3x) for the Saints of Churchville-Chili HS...Named cross country co-captain as a senior...Was Most Improved in outdoor track and field during sophomore season...Three-time All-County selection in cross country, earning 1st team honors once...PR's of 1:06 in the 400 hurdles, 2:19 in the 800 meters, 10:42 in steeplechase and 16:26 in 5k...Saints were 2018 Monroe County, Marion Invite and McQuaid Invite champions in cross country...Earned multiple achievement awards in sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Earth Science) and was a member of the National Honor Society.
