At UR 2021: Ran five times during junior season with Rochester...Ranked 31st of 87 runners at the season opening St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite...Top-5 on UR's squad twice...Top 8k time of 28:30.2 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Oct. 2...Earned UAA All-Academic honors during the fall season.

At UR 2020: Named UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2019: First-year runner appeared in three races...Had 64th place finish at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite on Aug. 30...Season-best 8k run of 29:55.8 at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 19.

HS: Attended Middletown HS...Competed seven varsity seasons across cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field...Named co-captain as a senior...Earned All-Conference accolades as a junior during outdoor track and field season...Personal bests of 2:04 in the 800 meters, 4:41 in 1600 meters and 17:42 in a 5k road course race...Outdoor track and field team were state champions during sophomore season and conference champions two other times...Member of the school newspaper, Robotics Club and New England Math League.
