At UR 2023: Competed in six meets as a senior...Tallied four top-100, two top-50 and one top-25 result, defeating 65.59 percent of opposing runners, a top-five mark on the team...Set a 4k PR (12:28.5) and ran to a season-high finish (14th) at the Highlander Short Course...Added another top-50 result at the Yellowjacket Invitational (34th)...Finished just shy of the top-50 (51st) at UAAs, running a 26:46.5 6k...Finished 63rd out of 176 competitors at the Niagara Regional...Elected Phi Beta Kappa...Named UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2022: The junior ran in six meets, tied for second on the team...Had win-loss percentage of 71.2%, top-5 on the Yellowjackets this season...Finished 11th in the season-opener at the Houghton Highlander Short Course, scoring as UR's fifth runner in a runner-up team finish...8K personal-best at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run, clocking in with a time of 25:51.4, ranking in the top-half of the 400-plus runner field...Competed at the NCAA Niagara Regional, running to 59th place in 27:13.4...UAA All-Academic for the second straight year.

At UR 2021: Competed in three events during sophomore season with Rochester...Was among UR's top-5 runners at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational on Apr. 18, posting a time of 26:57.8 which was a season-best...Also, competed with the Yellowjackets at the UAA Championships, placing 73rd...Member of UR's All-Academic contingent within the UAA for the fall.

HS: Part of cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field and swimming programs at Lincoln HS...Team captain honors in junior and senior season when he also was team MVP...Earned four straight All-Division and All-Class honors in cross country, also earning freshman All-State accolades...Four total All-Division awards during track & field career...Personal best 5K in XC of 16:36 and best 3K on track of 9:19...Member of the National Honor Society...Part of Jazz and Concert Band, Model UN, Variety Show.
