At UR 2023: Competed in two meets...Ran a season-best time at the Yellowjacket Invitational, crossing the finish line in 29:57.9...UAA All-Academic honoree...Elected Phi Beta Kappa.

At UR 2022: Joined cross country squad as a junior and appeared in three races...Finished with top 8K time of 30:35.2 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Oct. 1...61st place result at the Houghton Highlander Short Course to open the season...Elected as a Provost Circle Scholar...Member of the UAA All-Academic team.

HS: Lettered in track and field and cross country for Nazareth Area HS...Earned four varsity letters in XC and three in track for the Blue Eagles.

Personal: Dad, Tim Voloshen '95, attended Rochester and was a member of UR's national champion cross country team in 1991. Tim was an All-American in XC (1994) and in outdoor track and field (1995, 1996).
