At UR 2023: Senior had another strong season for the Yellowjackets, competing in six meets...Turned in four top-100 finishes, two top-50s and one top-25 result...Opened the year with a season-best, 19th-place finish at the Highlander Short Course, crossing the finish line in 12:40.0...Added another top-50 result at UAAs, coming in 46th (26:.43.7)...Wrapped up the year with a 58th-place result at the NCAA Niagara Region, running a 26:06.7 8k time.

At UR 2022: Was one of Rochester's top runners as a junior, ranking fourth on the team with a 64.50 average finish across six competitions...Ran 43rd at the NCAA Niagara Regional...8K personal-best of 25:50.4 at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run...Scored top-20 results at the Houghton Highlander Short Course, helping the Yellowjackets to a runner-up team finish...UR fourth scoring runner at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 17, crossing in 57th place...71.6% winning percentage on the season against all individual opposing runners.

At UR 2021: Had strong first full season of action with the Yellowjackets, competing in five meets...Was All-Region after a 34th place finish at the NCAA Niagara Regional Championship, helping the Yellowjackets to a runner-up team finish...Had three top-50 finishes and accumulated a W/L percentage of 74% on the season...Finished in UR's top-5 runners at the Rowan Border Battle, UAA Championships and NCAA Niagara Regional...Fastest 6k time came at regionals, running 26:23.2.

HS: Earned four letters in cross country and three in track & field for the Quakers of Quaker Valley HS...Named captain of each team as a senior...Won league title in class 2A in the mile as a junior and followed that up by finishing third in the state meet with a personal best time of 4:22.83...PR's of 1:56.60 (800m) and 16:10.40 (5K)...Helped cross country team finish second in the WPIAL in freshman season...Member of the National Honor Society and Math League.
