At UR 2022: Terrific senior season saw the runner earn USTFCCCA All-Region honors after a 35th place finish at the NCAA Niagara Regional Championship...Had UR's second best average finish on the year, ending in 53rd place across six races...Defeated 76.4% of opposing runners, also second on the team...Ranked 31st of 299 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble and was eighth at the Houghton Highlander Short Course to open the season...Overall, had four top-40 results...Third UR finisher at the UAA Championships, helping the Yellowjackets to a seventh place team result...Earned praise from the USTFCCCA and UAA as All-Academic selection.

At UR 2021: The junior had a strong average finish of 54.4 across five meets during the 2021 season...Was a top-5 UR finisher on three occasions, coming at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, Rowan Border Battle and UAA Championship...Helped UR claim runner-up team position at the NCAA Niagara Regional Championship...Season-best result and 8k time of 26:34.5 in 23rd place finish at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational...Defeated 72% of opposing runners during the season...Member of the UAA All-Academic team, honoring his efforts in the classroom.

At UR 2020: Named UAA All-Academic in the fall semester.

At UR 2019: First-year runner competed at three races for UR...Placed 91st of over 220 runners at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, crossing the finish in 28:32.7...Season best 8k time of 28:08.8 at the Connecticut College Invitational in mid-October.

HS: Earned four varsity letters each in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field at Haddonfield Memorial HS...Cross country co-captain as a junior and senior...Earned All-Conference accolades two times, coming in sophomore and senior seasons...PR's of 2:00.91 in the 800 meters, 4:28.76 in the 1600 meters and 16:21 in a 5k cross country race...XC team won four straight conference and sectional titles and were two-time state champions...Indoor track and field team won three state titles while outdoor track and field program won multiple conference crowns and a sectional title...Member of National Honor Society.
