At UR 2022: Ran in six meets in his fifth year...Finished 41st at the NCAA Niagara Regional, crossing the finish in 26:44.4, helping Rochester to a fourth place team result...Opened season with a 5k cross country PR in 18th place run at the Houghton Highlander Short Course, clocking in 18th place at 16:22.39...Finished top-third of the field at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, running 82nd in 27:49.0.

At UR 2021: Appeared in four meets during senior season...Win-Loss percentage of 75% during the season, with two top-50 results...Finished 20th of 203 runners at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational...Season-best 8k time of 26:26.7 at the Niagara Regional in November, missing All-Region honors by one spot...Average finish of 42.25 was second best on the team.

At UR 2020: Named UAA All-Academic during the fall semester.

At UR 2019: Appeared four times...Finished inside UR's top-5 at the season-opening St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite, placing 37th in 21:38.0 (6k)...Career-best 8k time of 28:12.7 at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 19.

At UR 2018: Ran in three meets during first season with Rochester...Placed 108th in the open race at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle in a season-best time of 29:06.4...Finished 157th at the Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 15.

HS: Attended McQuaid Jesuit HS where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams...Named cross country team captain as a senior when he was Honorable Mention All-Greater Rochester...Personal best 3-mile time of 16:36...Was a National AP Scholar with Distinction, and National Merit Commended Scholar...Earned University of Rochester Xerox Award for Innovation and Information Technology...American Chemical Society Chemistry Achievement Award recipient...Member of the National Honor Society as well as Karate Club, French Club and Programming Team.
