At UR 2022: Senior runner appeared in five races with the Yellowjackets...Top-100 finishes on four occasions, earning a 24th place result in the season-opening race at Houghton (16:43.22, 5K)...Placed 99th of nearly 300 runners at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 17, crossing the finish in 28:05.5...Two 8K races below 27 minutes, earning a season-best time of 26:14.2 at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run...UAA All-Academic selection in the fall.

HS: Pioneer HS graduate...Earned letters in cross country and track & field...Named 2-time outdoor track team captain, also leading indoor team and cross country as a senior...Named indoor track MVP in senior season...3-time outdoor track team MVP...Personal best times of 1:57.88 in the 800m, 4:30.10 in the 1600m and 16:13.60 in 3-mile...Helped Panthers win 2018 Section VI Class B title in cross country...Member of National Honor Society and served as Treasurer.
