At UR 2022: Fifth-year runner competed in four meets for the Yellowjackets...Finished 76th of 292 at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, crossing the finish in 27:42.5...8K personal-best of 26:11.1 at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run in late September...Competed at the UAA Championships and finished in 65th place...UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2021: Did not run in any meets during senior season...Was honored as UAA All-Academic selection for the third straight season.

At UR 2019: Enjoyed a strong sophomore season...Completed four races, finishing inside UR's top-5 runners every time...Best finish came at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational where he was 31st of 229...Top 8k time of 26:27.0 at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 19...Ended 38th at the SLU Ronald Hoffman Invitational and was 53rd at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Named UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2018: First-year runner saw action in four races in 2018...Finished 13th in first collegiate race, coming at the SJFC Cardinal Early Season Invitational...Ended 38th of over 200 runners in the open race at the Rowan Inter Regional Border-Battle...Average finish of 50.00 and defeated 74.6% of opposing runners.

HS: Attended Highland Park HS where he earned multiple letters in cross country and track and field for the Giants...Earned Most Improved award as a sophomore in cross country, earning Most Consistent runner award in junior season...Was 3-time All-Conference in cross country and 2-time in track and field...Holds indoor fieldhouse record at Glenbook South HS...XC team was conference champions from 2015-17, qualifying for states in 2016...ILMEA All-District playing clarinet...3-year member of the wind symphony band.
