At UR 2019: As a senior, ranked inside UR's top-5 runners in five of six meets...Posted a career-best 8k time of 26:03.3 at the UAA Championships, finishing as the third UR runner in 39th place...Top-20 finishes at the SLU Ronald Hoffman Invitational (16th) and UR Yellowjacket Invitational (20th)...Ended the year fourth on Rochester with an average finish below 60...Defeated nearly 80% of opposing runners...Place 52nd and was second UR finisher at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships...Was named to UAA All-Academic squad for the third year in a row...Selected USTFCCCA All-Academic for excellent grades and finishing in top 25% at the regional championships.

At UR 2018: The junior appeared in five races in 2018...Finished a season best 41st at the UAA Championships...Also, was a part of UR's contingent at the NCAA Atlantic Regional where he finished 105th and helped UR to a 10th place result...Placed 48th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 15...UAA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2017: Competed in six meets...A mainstay in UR's top-five finishers at meets...Was 120th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional...Season best 8k time at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, clocking in at 26:24.9, placing 49th...Finished 46th of 170 runners at the Hamilton Short Course Invite...Honored for academic work by being selected to UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2016: Ran in a team high five events during freshman season...Finished inside UR's top-5 twice, coming at the St. John Fisher Early Season Invitational (27th) and the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational (111th, season best 8k time of 27:38.2).

HS: Attended Franklin Delano Roosevelt HS where he participated in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field...Captained the Presidents cross country team as a junior and senior, also leading both track teams in 2015-16...Team was MHAL cross country champions in 2015 and outdoor track and field champions in 2016...Personal best time of 17:06 in the 5k and 2:10 in the 800 meters...Named an MHAL Scholar Athlete in 2016.
