At UR 2019: The sophomore appeared in four meets for the Yellowjackets...Finished 44th and was inside UR's top-5 runners at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invitational on Aug. 30...Placed 115th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Season-best 8k time of 28:4.6 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Named UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2018: Competed twice during first-year with Rochester...Finished 12th in first collegiate race, ending as the second UR finisher, at the SJFC Cardinal Early Season Invitational on Aug. 31...Placed 152nd of over 300 runners at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational.

HS: Graduate of Mentor HS...Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field for the Cardinals...Earned XC Freshman of the Year honors in first season and Most Outstanding Senior award in 2018...Earned cross country GCC Honorable Mention honors as a senior when he also was Academic All-Ohio...PR 5k in cross country of 16:37 and 2:04 in the 800 meters on the track...Cardinals XC team were regional champions and finished 8th in the state in freshman season, district champions and state qualifiers again as a senior...Outdoor track and field team finished 1st at district championships...Was a National AP Scholar, RPI Medalist and National Merit Commended Scholar...Earned AP Capstone Diploma...Founder of the Health Care Club, Science Olympiad, Model UN and HOSA...Vice President of the National Honor Society.
