At UR 2019: Finished as UR's top runner in nearly every meet as a senior...Finished 41st at the Atlantic Regional Championships and was inside UR's top-5 in every race he finished...Ended runner-up at the Ronald Hoffman Invitational at St. Lawrence on Oct. 12, earning UAA Athlete of the Week honors in the process...Top-10 at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational and was 19th in a field of 426 at the Connecticut College Invitational, crossing the finish in a lifetime best 8k time of 25:13.2...Overall, defeated 92% of opposing runners, compiling a W/L record of 1204-99.

At UR 2018: Appeared in four meets during junior campaign...Finished 45th at the UAA Championships (27:01.9) and 50th at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals (27:39.3)...Competed with UR's top group at the Lehigh Paul Short Run and at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle.

At UR 2017: Was part of UR's top five runners for all six meets competed in as a sophomore...Led UR across the finish in two meets, at the Hamilton Short Course Invite and at the SUNY Geneseo Invitational where he had a season best 26:10.1 8k time...Beat total of 65% of opposing runners, with an average finish of just under 70.

At UR 2016: The first year runner enjoyed a strong season on the River Campus, competing in a team high five events and finishing inside UR's top-5 each time...Had his best race of the season at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, placing 66th of over 300 runners in a season best 8k time of 25:56.6...Helped the Yellowjackets to a runner-up finish at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational by placing 29th...Earned Scholar Athlete status from the USTFCCCA.
