At UR 2019: The senior earned five top-100 finishes in his six appearances, including placing 90th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships, ending just two seconds off his career-best time (26:56.4)...Finished 77th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Part of Rochester's contingent at the UAA Championships, finishing 72nd...Honored for academic work by the UAA for the third straight season, being named to the conference All-Academic team.

At UR 2018: Competed four times during junior season...Finished 36th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, helping the Yellowjackets to a 5th place team finish...Career-best 8k time of 26:54.8 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Placed 62nd at the UAA Championships...Member of the UAA's All-Academic Team.

At UR 2017: The sophomore appeared in four meets, with his best finish coming in the open 5k race at Williams (14th of 79)...Was 43rd at Hamilton Short Course Invite...Season-best 8K time of 27:27.3 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Earned All-Academic honors from the UAA.

At UR 2016: Ran in five meets, tying for the most on the team...Finished in 21st in his first career race, coming at the St. John Fisher Early Season Invitational, leading all UR's runners across the finish...Had season best 8k time of 28:06.0 at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational.

HS: Participated on cross country, skiing and track and field teams at Honeoye Falls-Lima HS.
