At UR 2019: The senior tied for the team lead by competing in six races...Finished in the top-100 three times and was just outside in a fourth...Scored as UR's third runner at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, running a time of 27:34.0, good for 64th place of 330...Finished 63rd at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational and was 68th at the UAA Championships...Career-best 8k time of 26:47.5 at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 19.

At UR 2016: Ran in five events as a freshman, tying for the team lead...Was in UR's top-5 runners at the St. John Fisher Early Season Invitational, finishing in 31st place...Had season best 8k time of 28:39.0 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Oct. 1.

HS: Graduated from Liverpool HS...Earned varsity letters in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field...Named co-captain on cross country team and earned Coaches Award...Named to All-Central NY team...Personal best of 1:59.46 in the 800m and 4:48.45 in the mile...Team posted sectional wins in cross country and indoor track and were state champions in cross country in 2015.
